The term e-Book stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device.
What do I need to read an e-Book?
Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books
of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably
already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from
www.adobe.com. Most other e-Books are exe (executable) files.
These need no software to run on your PC. They can also be in the
form of a Word file or HTML file.
How will my e-Book be delivered?
Your e-Book will be delivered
electronically via email to your primary PayPal email
address.
No! All eBooks will be no larger than 15MB, unless stated otherwise. Most files are between 1 and 5MB in size. If you would prefer, items can be sent on a CD for an extra $4.97 to the U.S. and Canada (at this point, we only offer this option to our clients in the U.S. and Canada). If you chose this option, after making your payment, please email us at cdrequest@ebooksandmoregalore.com and tell us of exactly which item you are requesting a CD copy. Then, the CD will usually be mailed out with 24 hours by USPS First Class Mail. If you forget to email us at cdrequest@ebooksandmoregalore.com , this will delay your order. Are there hidden postage costs?
No! All items are delivered via email so there are no postage costs involved (unless you request a CD copy, which is an extra $4.97 to the U.S. and Canada). The price that you see on the page is the final price you pay!
Are you sure this is safe, what if
someone gets my card number?
All
payments take place through a secure server (look for the padlock icon at

Will I require any additional
software?
Your e-Books will be delivered
in zip (compressed) format. You will need WinZip to extract the file.
You will probably have this already on your PC. If not, you may download it
free from
www.winzip.com.
My e-Book has not arrived?
If you do not receive your e-Book, check
your spam/trash/bulk/junk mail folder. It will probably be there. If
not, make sure you adjust your spam filter settings, then contact us and we
will resend it. Remeber, it will be sent to your primary email
address of your PayPal account.
What is the refund policy?
Unless otherwise
stated, all of the e-Books come with a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied, please just email us at
refunds@ebooksandmoregalore.com
and request
a full refund. Please let us know the title of the
e-Book, date purchased and preferably, the PayPal Transaction ID (which you can find by viewing
your account at PayPal.com). A refund will be processed,
usually, within 72 hours. If you haven't received your refund
within 5 business days, please let me know.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REFUNDS: As e-Books are electronic documents, there is no way of checking that you have stopped using the item. Therefore, by requesting a refund, you agree to the following conditions: (1) The e-Book MUST BE DELETED from your computer, (2) All resell/resale rights that might have come with the e-Book become null and void, (3) Anyone found reselling these items will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law .
